Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to eCommerce and wholesale clients by managing orders and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist the Country Director with sales tracking, administrative tasks, and client relationship management.
  • Manage wholesale accounts, addressing customer service needs, shipping logistics, and payment collections.
  • Accurately handle data entry and maintain invoicing and account balances, utilizing MS Excel and other tools.
  • Resolve shipping issues and oversee the day-to-day needs of maintaining client accounts.
