Job Summary:


The Service Specialist handles customer questions, comments, and complaints about the company's products or services. With moderate supervision, this role is the first line of support for resolving common customer issues, providing excellent service to ensure a positive experience and strengthen customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming service calls and troubleshoot routine customer issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to meet and exceed service level goals.
  • Handle a high volume of simple inquiries (e.g., product info, pricing, billing).
  • Use pre-determined scripts and tools to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Direct customers to helpful materials or refer them to senior staff for more complex issues.
  • Record customer feedback and complaints.
