We operate fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. Please only apply if you are comfortable working onsite Monday- Friday 8:20am-6pm


As Ticket Sales Representative , a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for selling tickets to our events, ranging from $500-$30k+. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

What We Expect From You

  • Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales (solar, car, door to door, etc)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (300 calls/day)
  • Willingness to be in office M-F 8:20am- 6pm and Sat 8:20am -1pm
  • Excitement to attend weekend events and workshops 1-2 times per month
  • Represent the 10X Culture consistently and overdeliver for client needs.
  • The drive to do whatever it takes
