JOB SUMMARY

The implementation associate assist in the successful adoption of new systems and processes. They work to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and venders to ensure a smooth implementation. They perform testing of the new process and adjust the accordingly after implementation.

They often writes reports, attends meetings, analyzes data, manages resources, creates schedules, updates and file documentation, and track progress toward milestones.

They may also provide direction to project team members or assist them with their duties to meet deadlines.


KEY RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES

  • Contributes towards the development and scoping of projects.
  • Assists in the collection, compilation and analysis of data relative to the program.
  • Assists in the organization of relevant training and in the provision of user support to staff.
  • Provides support in the execution of activities for monitoring the execution of project work plans and ensures that project activities are properly and realistically scheduled, monitored and reported.
  • Assists in writing reports and other project related documentation.
  • Supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones.
  • Establish a good relationship with the project team and the other employees involved.
  • Maintain connection between warehouse and office during project activities.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus proven work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and procedures.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skill in project planning and implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Marked interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking
  • Ability to teach and train the operators on the new processes and software.
