The Senior Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in providing technical and operational support for Enterprise Risk Projects at Infotree Global Solutions. This position is essential for ensuring that project managers can deliver on project goals with high quality, safety, and efficiency, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
As a recognized authority in the field, the Senior Implementation Manager utilizes extensive experience and knowledge of industry best practices and current regulations. This role is crucial in enhancing project execution strategies and confirming project readiness, ultimately leading to improved schedules, reduced costs, and minimized risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of essential project documentation to identify opportunities for refinement and resource allocation that can enhance schedule performance and quality.
- Ensure the integrity of all Work Order Tasks (WOT) related to assigned responsibilities prior to field execution, in accordance with established work management processes.
- Address and rectify any identified deficiencies in WOTs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in instructions.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for testing and acceptance plans across various stages, including factory and site testing.
- Identify processes that would benefit from mock-ups and provide guidance to enhance their effectiveness.
- Share personal operating experiences and relevant industry insights to develop effective response strategies for project activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and innovative technologies that impact Enterprise Risk Projects.
- Deliver timely feedback to project managers and oversight personnel regarding project strategies and implementation plans.
- Oversee field activities as necessary, ensuring alignment with approved project strategies and providing coaching to teams.
- Facilitate collaboration with vendor resources to eliminate obstacles to project progress.
- Participate in key strategic meetings as required, contributing to discussions on project readiness and risk management.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field or business, along with 10 years of experience in electrical systems within regulated environments.
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 12 years of relevant experience.
- An associate degree combined with 14 years of experience in the electrical sector.
- A High School Diploma/GED with 16 years of experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in electrical disciplines or project management are advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Enterprise Management Software (e.g., SAP).
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of code and regulatory requirements related to maintenance and field operations.
- Expertise in error reduction techniques and cost-effective execution methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced computer skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in construction management and multiple refueling outages at commercial nuclear facilities.
- Knowledge of operational processes in the nuclear power sector.
- Relevant certifications in electrical or construction disciplines.
