Administrative Assistant

A Growing, Employee-Friendly Management Consulting Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support the Executive Directors of our expanding restructuring practice. This position will enable our directors to focus on strategic, non-administrative matters. If you're energetic, motivated, and resourceful, we'd love to have you join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support and assist with organizational tasks
- Proactively order and manage daily lunch, office supplies, marketing items, business cards, and groceries
- Maintain a cloud-based filing system and organize expense receipt records
- Provide light telephone coverage for the main office line
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and entertainment schedules for client events
- Assist in client marketing event planning
- Prepare expense reports for Executive Directors as needed
- Assist with various technological projects
- Handle the distribution of holiday cards and gifts at year-end
- Manage office correspondence, mail, and prepare presentations
- Coordinate and prepare bi-weekly consultant time projections
Qualifications:
- Energetic, resourceful, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Permanent, in-office position; required hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
