Le Labo fragrances was born in Grasse (France), raised in New York (USA) and offers artisanal genderless scented creations (fine perfumery, home fragrance as well as formulas for body, hair, and face).

JOB SUMMARY


The E-Store Supervisor will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Hub E-Store Region. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including purchase order submission, inventory management, online order fulfillment, and collaboration with the Concierge team for special requests and orders. The E-Store Supervisor will be stationed at our boutique in XXX and report to the North America Estore Supervisor based in NYC.

We are seeking an individual who can ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, oversee inventory management, and foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.


OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Inventory Management/Safety:

  1. Collaborate with other NA E-store locations to address urgent inventory needs and facilitate transfers.
  2. Submit purchase orders in accordance with the business requirements.
  3. Receive goods and verify quantities against records.
  4. Maintain daily organization of stock and monitor supply levels.
  5. Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with end-of-year inventory.
  6. Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  7. Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the Ecom stockroom.


Communication:

  1. Work closely with the Concierge team to address special requests, manage special orders, and maintain a returns log.
  2. Ensure effective and timely communication with team members on a daily basis.
  3. Foster cross-functional collaboration with partner stores and teams.

Fulfillment:

  1. Efficiently manage a high volume workload to meet order processing targets.
  2. Process orders received through the ecommerce platform.
  3. Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to Le Labo's packaging standards.
  4. Consistently meet business targets and exceed customer order expectations.
  5. Effectively manage and resolve any errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment.

Dispatch:

  1. Ensure all orders are dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt.
  2. Coordinate timely pickup of packages by shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
  3. Submit shipment manifests and maintain an accurate log of daily shipments.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with delivery service representatives, communicating opportunities and successes

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Manage the workflow of all employees and delegate tasks effectively.
  3. Supervise and lead a team of 1-3 employees on a daily basis.
  4. Ensure daily goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
  5. Train & coach temporary personnel to develop product and process knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization of work assignments.
  • Capable of working independently in a high-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience.
  • Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with e-commerce shipping software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality throughout all tasks and interactions.
  • Warehouse experience a plus.
