Job Responsibilities
As a Manufacturer’s rep, you will be splitting your time between driving business with established Distributors (teaching and training them on product knowledge) going out and helping them close business as well as work with strategic accounts in your territory. Territory covers Orange Co and surrounding areas. 1-2 overnights per month.
Requirements
Must be self-motivated and driven by the prospect of maximizing sales. You must have a hunter mentality and aggressively seek out new prospects and opportunities to help close sales with your distributors. It will also be vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of potential clients. You must also have strong time-management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75-$85K+ base pay DOE
- Uncapped Commissions – minimum target $36K
- $125K+ 1st year with potential to make $150K.

Specific qualifications for this position include:
- 4 year college degree
- Minimum 3 years successful B2B sales background
- Strong prospecting, business-development cold-calling and closing skills
- Ability to grow and manage an existing customer base
- Solid track record of surpassing sales goals
