Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Pennsylvania- Onsite


Description:

The Program Manager will lead one or more complex, enterprise-wide IT programs comprising multiple projects. Responsibilities include:


  • Program Strategy: Develop and execute the program strategy, build the business case, and create high-level project plans.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the integration of projects, adjust scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, and track key milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with IT and business leadership to align on program direction and changes.
  • Delivery: Ensure all projects within the portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Leadership: Guide a team of project managers, project leaders, and support staff in a direct or dotted line capacity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: Project Management certification required.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience, including:
  • 5-8 years managing projects. At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.


This position is ideal for a highly experienced professional who can navigate enterprise-wide initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
