About the Role:


The Compliance Specialist will ensure the Bank meets all compliance and regulatory requirements and that internal policies, procedures, and practices align accordingly. This position will participate in the identification, measurement, and monitoring of compliance risk within the bank and may also assist with developing, implementing, and administering aspects of the CRA and Fair Lending programs. This is a full-time on-site position. No hybrid or remote options available.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the oversight of consumer functions (laws and regulations) as they apply to the bank.
  • Ensure the Bank meets all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the identification, measurement, and monitoring of compliance risk within the bank.
