Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Education Management:
    • Conduct needs analysis, plan, design, develop, implement, and facilitate training and education programs within the LMS.
    • Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global partnerships.

  2. Curriculum Development:
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and integrate their knowledge into relevant and impactful curriculum.
    • Design and develop educational content that meets the needs of diverse audiences across global regions.

  3. LMS Administration:
    • Manage, maintain, and optimize the LMS to support global programs and other education initiatives.
    • Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, accessible, and secure for all participants and stakeholders.

  4. Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Partner with various levels of management and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide clear and understandable communication, both written and verbal, for internal and external relations.

  5. Program Evaluation:
    • Utilize analytical abilities to assess and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
    • Implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis to enhance overall program quality.

  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with trends in adult education, LMS technology, and curriculum design to continuously improve training practices.
    • Apply best practices in curriculum design and adult education to enhance learning outcomes.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in adult education, organizational development, project management, and coordination.
  • Proven experience in the management, maintenance, and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of curriculum design and adult education best practices.
  • Excellent communication, platform, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program impact and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in data processing applications.
  • Bilingual proficiency required;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree in Education or related field.
  • Certification in LMS management or instructional design.
  • Experience with global training programs and multicultural environments.
