We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to manage, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve our global education initiatives. This role is pivotal in defining comprehensive learning strategies and enhancing the effectiveness of our global training programs. The LMS Specialist will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the enterprise to develop relevant curriculum and ensure the LMS meets the needs of our global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Education Management:- Conduct needs analysis, plan, design, develop, implement, and facilitate training and education programs within the LMS.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global partnerships.
Curriculum Development:- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and integrate their knowledge into relevant and impactful curriculum.
- Design and develop educational content that meets the needs of diverse audiences across global regions.
LMS Administration:- Manage, maintain, and optimize the LMS to support global programs and other education initiatives.
- Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, accessible, and secure for all participants and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Interaction:- Partner with various levels of management and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide clear and understandable communication, both written and verbal, for internal and external relations.
Program Evaluation:- Utilize analytical abilities to assess and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis to enhance overall program quality.
Continuous Improvement:- Stay current with trends in adult education, LMS technology, and curriculum design to continuously improve training practices.
- Apply best practices in curriculum design and adult education to enhance learning outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in adult education, organizational development, project management, and coordination.
- Proven experience in the management, maintenance, and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of curriculum design and adult education best practices.
- Excellent communication, platform, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate program impact and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in data processing applications.
- Bilingual proficiency required;
- MBA degree in Education or related field.
- Certification in LMS management or instructional design.
- Experience with global training programs and multicultural environments.
