Job OverviewAt Playcare Learning Center, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote children's interests and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation of the classroom.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Model and encourage self-help and good hygiene practices among children.
  • Support the transition from home to child care center and ensure a seamless daily routine.
  • Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Must pass a thorough background check and health screening.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • High energy and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to maintain a clean and organized classroom.
  • Must obtain Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification within a specified timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of child development principles.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
