Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from accredited university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent

• Experience with tooling and/or mold designs preferred

• Experience with SolidWorks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)


Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously across various departments.

• Support and provide technical leadership on assigned projects and tasks.

• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments.

• Foster trusting business relationships and promote teamwork within own department and

between other departments

• Lead the Continuous Improvement activities in several departments, utilizing Lean

Manufacturing tools, concepts, and processes

• Effectively communicate and execute customer expectations and company objectives to

others.
