Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Director to lead the design, implementation, and growth of a temporary recruitment practice. This is a unique opportunity to build a new business unit from the ground up within a globally established brand. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in temporary staffing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a track record of scaling recruitment practices.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the temporary recruitment practice, aligning with the company’s global vision and business objectives.

- Practice Development: Design the framework, processes, and service offerings for the new practice, including market positioning, go-to-market strategies, and growth targets.

- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of recruitment professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Operational Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of temporary staffing solutions while meeting business goals and client expectations.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all temporary staffing needs.

- Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and partnering with other business units to cross-sell services.

- Performance Management: Set KPIs and metrics to measure the practice's success, continuously optimizing processes for scalability and profitability.


Qualifications:

- Proven track record in a leadership role within a staffing or recruitment firm, specifically with experience in temporary staffing.

- Extensive knowledge of the temporary staffing market, including industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to scale a business unit or practice.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to business development and client engagement.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships at the executive level.

- Bachelor's degree
