Human Resources Manager

Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our HR department, manage daily operations, and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Foster positive employee relations and address grievances
  • Oversee staff development and performance appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Plan and manage annual budgets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SHRM certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
