Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ manufacturing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in ERP and ordering platforms (SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba preferred)
  • Physical requirements include the ability to squat, kneel, walk, climb, stand, and reach outside neutral for over 25% of the time; ability to lift 35 pounds; able to distinguish colors.


Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Inventory Support Specialist is responsible for supporting non-BOM purchasing activities in support of HVM, Pilot, Safety, Training and Engineering organizations to include administration responsibilities.
  • The Manufacturing Inventory Support Specialist collaborates with the leadership team to manage HVM inventory and purchasing activities within established budgetary targets.
  • Perform all non-BOM purchasing activities for HVM, Pilot, Safety, Training, and Engineering organizations, including verification of ordering and receivables data
  • Develop and report on inventory activity performance towards targets to leadership team Ensure incoming materials are properly routed and monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments
  • Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to manufacturing and procurement department activities
  • Maintains files, logs, records, and other related documentation pertaining to inventory of materials
  • Maintain and assist with inventory management and control
  • Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
