Facility Supervisor
Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Summary: The Facility Supervisor at CIG Solar Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the facility. This role involves managing facility staff, ensuring the facility is in good condition, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the facility.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Manage facility staff and coordinate shift control and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities and report to department management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge and experience of CAD, Factory Electrical Design, Low-High Voltage, Transformers, HVAC, Chiller, Heating, Cooling, Factory Air/Water/Gas/Sprinkler System Design, Construction and other required fields related factory utility.
- Experience in determining all the requirements of a new factory, from the initial installation stage to installing the machines and bringing them to mass.
- Able to manage relevant purchasing activities when necessary.
- Experience of tool design and spare part management.
- Assembly line experience in the Solar, FMCG or automotive industries is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the facility.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of the facility.
- Document all maintenance activities and facility status.
- Address any facility issues or malfunctions promptly.
- SOP for Staff Management:
- Develop training programs for facility staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address any staff issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all team members.
- SOP for Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Provide safety training to facility staff.
- Maintain accurate records of safety activities.
- SOP for Facility Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all facility activities.
- Ensure all records are stored securely and accessible as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures for documentation and record keeping.
- SOP for Continuous Improvement:
- Use data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement action plans for improvement.
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.
