Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring adherence to regulations and fostering a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations related to warehouse activities, including the handling of materials and products.
  • Establish and uphold inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement teams to facilitate timely material and product delivery.
  • Implement procedures for recording deliveries, in-process items, and shipments.
  • Oversee the internal barcoding and storage system to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) control.
  • Formulate and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
  • Manage equipment requirements and schedule regular maintenance activities.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits in collaboration with audit personnel.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in EHS management software and tools.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to EHS Program Development, Inspections and Audits, Incident Investigation, Training, and Documentation.
