  • This team processes the client’s construction invoices work (designing, construction, field work, etc.).

Job at a glance:

  • Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
  • $25/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
  • Hybrid position, 1 day remote, 4 days on-site at one of the following locations:
  • 900 132nd St SW, Everett, WA
  • 410 Valley Ave NW, Puyallup, WA
  • 11308 SW 68th Pkwy, Tigard, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving of 300 invoices/month for construction work that business partners complete.
  • Receive invoices through P2/Salesforce.
  • Cross reference production maps to ensure work is done and being paid correct rates.
  • May do some work with Excel but nothing advanced.
  • Work with both business partners and internal construction team.

Required Skills:

  • Accounts payable background (invoice processing)
  • Salesforce and construction experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
