Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects within the outside plant engineering or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Complete site walks.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Utilize GIS platforms and data analysis tools for project management
  • Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams.
  • Have a good knowledge of OSP fiber installation and design.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the outside plant engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GIS platforms, and data analysis tools
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license
