Job DescriptionJob Description

The CPI Group, Inc. provides Program Management for facilities in the healthcare and high tech markets. We currently oversee projects in multiple States as “Owner’s Representatives” managing construction projects. Our headquarters is in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and we are looking for additional qualified candidates to expand our services for an upcoming project in Memphis, TN.

Position Requirements:

· Must have experience with documentation used on a typical construction project

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to confidently interact with both internal and external customers

· Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry

· Client requirements include background check, drug screening, and for certain clients, vaccination requirements.

Additional Knowledge Desired:

· Ability to read construction drawings

· Knowledge of hospital operations

· In-hire base hourly pay rate - $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience
