Our client (travel and hospitality) is seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Web Producer to join their team. This role is based in Miami, FL and reports to the Digital Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing digital assets across all platforms.


This position requires on-site days in our client's downtown, Miami office (Monday - Thursday).

Full time: 40hrs/week.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate asset needs from pre-production through post-production and final delivery/cataloguing

- Translate brand voices stylistically into our digital products and make creative decisions that define the look and feel of assets

- Navigate multiple asset management systems and work within a content management system to ensure all digital content is properly organized, tagged, and maintained

- Identify unique ways to manage the entire digital asset life cycle from creation to distribution, production, and archiving

- Understand legal issues around asset use and create solutions that serve both creative and legal requirements

- Participate and drive the development and maintenance of asset metadata models incorporating industry standards


Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Photography, Design, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent work experience/training

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience working in digital related fields, web production experience preferred

- Demonstrated experience translating brand and marketing assets into responsive designs

- Hands-on technical experience with library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of web pages, media, and digital products

- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (or similar) and demonstrable experience with DAM software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

- Proven understanding of image compression, image file types, and best practices for media for web and mobile

- Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools
