LHH is seeking a Benefits Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA to manage our employee benefits program. In this role, you will independently handle the open enrollment process, present and approve benefits, and lead virtual meetings. You will also support onboarding and benefits administration, collaborate with the HR team, and occasionally travel to various plant locations. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with independent work and has the ability to interact with senior executives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Open Enrollment Management: Oversee the open enrollment process from start to finish.
  • Presentations and Approvals: Deliver presentations, secure approvals for benefits, and lead virtual meetings. Participate in biweekly virtual calls with senior leadership.
  • Onboarding and Administration: Assist with onboarding new employees and manage benefits administration. Engage closely with the HR team and be involved in recruitment activities.
  • Travel Requirements: 10-15%- Travel occasionally to different plant locations.
  • Software Utilization: Use Outlook and UKG for benefits management (no prior UKG experience needed).


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
  • Training: Attend a 4-day onsite training session in December.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with benefits carriers like COBRA, HSA, POS (Medical Plans).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry tasks.
  • Preferred Background: Corporate experience, especially in a plant environment.
  • Personal Traits: Flexible, capable of working independently, and comfortable generating reports for senior management. Looking for a grounded individual open to professional growth and who can quickly adapt.
