We are currently recruiting for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Manager to drive growth and develop the humidification customer base in California for a leading provider of humidification technology solutions.


About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and end-users. You will leverage your expertise to communicate technology solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and generate new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and support the company’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical sales presentations.

- Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer needs.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- Identify and establish relationships with contractors and key market players.

- Conduct market research and provide insights to support business strategy.

- Participate in industry events to promote the company's solutions.


Qualifications:

- Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience related to HVAC

- 5+ years of experience in the humidification industry.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Technical knowledge of humidification applications and electronic controls.

- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
