Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale sales and a strong ability to drive business growth. This role requires a high degree of travel, as you will be on the road 60-75% of the time, meeting with clients, expanding market reach, and developing new business opportunities. This position is eligible for a base salary and unlimited commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Strategically identify and target potential wholesale clients to drive significant business growth. Your goal is to double our wholesale business in 2025.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals with wholesale clients. Ensure all terms and agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Utilize CRM systems to track progress, manage leads, and forecast sales.
- Travel: Consistently travel to client locations, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships, close sales, and promote our brand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in wholesale or B2B sales. A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (60-75% of the time) to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
