Responsibilities:


• Prepare exhibits for the trial, ensuring they are organized and ready for presentation

• Keep track of the evidence introduced during the trial, maintaining a systematic record

• Take thorough notes during the trial, capturing all essential details

• Work with Adobe Acrobat to perform tasks such as bates stamping and paginating

• Collaborate with the team of attorneys and legal assistants to ensure smooth trial proceedings

• Be comfortable working with a PDF system for exhibit preparation

• Be prepared for potential overtime as the trial date approaches


Qualifications:


• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a litigation paralegal capacity

• Proven experience in trial preparation

• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat for document management

• Familiarity with Bate Stamp - Label is required

• Comfortable taking notes during meetings and legal proceedings

• Familiarity with Employment Litigation is a plus but not required
