As an Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping borrowers succeed from loan closing to payoff. You’ll be the go-to person, guiding them through every step, setting clear expectations, and building relationships that last. We’re looking for proactive, driven individuals to help ensure our borrowers’ success and satisfaction every single day.


What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager at Casa Lending, you’ll own the borrower relationship and help them thrive throughout the loan lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inquiries: Efficiently handling all inbound borrower questions and concerns with a focus on resolution.
  • Proactive communication: Reaching out to each borrower monthly to stay ahead of potential issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Managing key loan details: You’ll work with borrowers on topics like construction draws, loan term extensions, interest payments, and payoffs, providing clear guidance at every stage.
  • Collaborating for success: Work closely with internal teams—sales, servicing, underwriting—to ensure that we have the latest insights to make informed decisions on construction draws and loan management.

Your proactive communication and follow-up will allow Casa Lending to stay ahead of the curve, making sure both the borrower and the deal are on track for success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience: While not required, prior sales experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Teams. (Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with all of these—we’ll help you get up to speed.)
  • Location: While we prefer candidates based in Cleveland, OH, or able to commute to our office, remote options are available for the right fit.
  • Customer-driven: You’re passionate about customer satisfaction and love building strong, meaningful relationships with borrowers. You thrive on staying connected, anticipating their needs, and addressing issues with urgency.
  • A multi-tasking pro: Juggling multiple tasks is second nature to you. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing your time to keep things running smoothly.
  • Collaboration: work with your fellow Account Managers to troubleshoot issues and share insights.
  • Work cross -functionally: You’ll work with teams from sales, servicing, and underwriting, ensuring the borrower’s experience is seamless and efficient. You’ll be the right-hand partner to the Account Executive, with deep insights into borrower needs and deal status.
