Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. They will collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
  • Experience in menu planning and creating innovative dishes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Certification from a culinary institute or degree in culinary arts is a plus
