Job Summary

We are opening new retail locations and looking for high motivated Luxury Retail Showroom Manager.

Aroma360 managers are strong closers who build lasting relationships with high-end clientele and always lead by example. The right candidate is a passionate selling manager who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence


Essential Duties

  • Retail Showroom Managers negotiate and close contracts with Aroma360's local and global clientele.
  • Professional and persuasive selling
  • Become an expert in selling Aroma360 signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services.
  • Closer with a consultative sales approach
  • Update CRM system with client information
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience in a very sales driven environment
  • Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clientele
  • Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%
  • Contract negotiation
  • Strong closing experience
  • Money motivated and commission focused
  • Competitive, outgoing, and high energy
  • Exception phone presence and sales approach
  • Results-driven
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • CRM experience, SalesForce preferred but not required
  • Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team

  • $60k Base pay + 5% Commission + bonus with earning potential of $100k - $150k+
