Title: Sr. Network Voice Engineer

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: 3x per week on-site in Bridgewater, NJ

Compensation: $65/hr - $75/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.


Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in Network and Voice Engineering

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Experienced architecturally and technically with strong team or independent capability.

• Strong program & project management background with proven implementation of infrastructure transformational capabilities.

• Hands-on, demonstrable, technical background is essential. Expertise in Network Switching, Voice, Routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS protocols, VPN, and QoS is a must

• Experience in global multi-site environments and leading a 24x7x365 NOC/operational team.


Day to Day:

The role involves designing, enhancing, and managing telephony systems to improve caller experience. Key responsibilities include adhering to industry best practices, collaborating with operational leaders and IT, driving self-service utilization, and ensuring robust, secure, and reliable systems. Additionally, the role encompasses deployment, operational management, and compliance with corporate policies.
