Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Cybersecurity Analyst to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding user issues, coordinating with team members, and liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach to hardware setup, including the ability to lift devices to 50 lbs for rack mounting, as well as meticulous cable management. Foundational scripting knowledge is essential for creating integrations and constructing dashboards. We promote a culture of continuous learning and are looking for individuals eager to expand their skills with new tools and technologies. Additionally, the candidate must be available to work onsite, occasionally on off hours / weekends.

Responsibilities:
o Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect the organizations data, systems, and networks.
o Experience in consulting with business teams regarding threat mitigation best practices in one or more technical areas (Perimeter Security, CASB, Application Security, Core Systems, EDR, Cloud, SIEM etc.)
o Participate in the change management process.
o Respond promptly to system and network security breaches.
o Address security-related issues on Windows/Linux operating systems effectively.
o Assist in PAM and EPM Implementation: Support the deployment and configuration of PAM and EPM solutions.
o Documentation: Contribute to creating and maintaining system documentation and standard operating procedures.
o Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to learn and contribute to security projects.
o Ability to explain common threats to components including Network, Cloud, Web and Application environments
o Troubleshoot security and network problems.
o Identify and address vulnerabilities.
o Conduct regular network maintenance.
o Provide information assurance.
o Occasionally be available to work onsite after hours on weekdays and on some weekends.

Qualifications:
o Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
o Awareness of cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
o Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and privileged access management.
o Knowledge of operating systems like Windows and UNIX.
o Basic scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell or Bash or Python are a plus.
o Strong understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, identity, and access management (IAM), and system administration
o Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor to both technical, and non-technical audiences
