We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for working with children in a safe, positive, and clean environment that encourages gathering the community, caretakers, and children.


The manager is responsible for:

Establishing and maintaining member relationships

Building the business by engaging walk-in customers and selling retail items and Tig & Peach services

Engaging all of the beautiful children

New member acquisition

Keeping the overall cleanliness of Tig & Peach, sanitizing toys and equipment 

Setting up and supervising birthday parties

Creating a perfect experience for guests 


Requirements:

Ability to work full-time 40-50 hours/week including occasional weekends

Highly energetic

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with children

Clean background check

A desire to build a business to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment

This job is for you if you:

- Are looking for growth in a new business venture 

- Are up to 10-15 miles away from south Westchester

- College degree in Early Childhood Development is a plus
