About the Role

As a key member of our salon team, you'll be responsible for leading the operations of our grooming salon, ensuring that every pet receives the highest level of care and attention. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and training new salon associates and groomers, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety
  • Performing Hands on Pet (HOP) assessments to recommend services and build trust with pet parents
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every pet leaves our salon feeling happy and healthy
  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth
About Your Career
