We are currently looking to hire a Senior Marketing Associate to join our growing team in either Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. This position will be client-facing and responsible for managing a range of marketing services, including graphic design, event planning, social media strategy, and digital advertising. The individual in this role will need to be highly organized and capable of leading a team, ensuring client expectations are met and that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently. This role is a hybrid opportunity, partially in-office in either our Charlotte or Raleigh offices, and partially remote.
Essential Job Functions:
- Digital Advertising & Social Media Strategy: Create, schedule, and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads) and social media content. This includes tracking performance and reporting on analytics. Needs to be knowledgeable on current social media trends.
- Event & Activation Strategy: Plan and execute marketing activations, including event planning, vendor management, and day-of coordination. This includes managing event budgets, creating marketing materials, and ensuring on-site marketing and branding efforts align with client goals.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Develop high-quality graphics, brand materials, and custom illustrations. This includes maintaining consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms.
- Website Management & Design: Update and manage client websites with basic design and content changes.
- Motion Graphics & Video Content: Develop video content and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Photoshoot Coordination: Manage photoshoots, including planning, logistics, and communication with clients and vendors.
- Influencer Marketing: Recommend and manage influencer marketing strategies to promote client properties and events.
- Client Communication & Strategy: Lead client calls and ensure the overall marketing strategy is executed effectively. Provide regular updates on campaigns and event performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring that all projects and campaigns stay within the established budget.
- Some travel is required.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva)
- Extensive experience in social media strategy, ad creation/management, and content creation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead a team
- Prior experience in event planning and vendor management
- Team player that is collaborative but has ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to track and follow-up with multiple internal and external audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Short-form video editing experience
- Photography & Videography experience
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient in Sprout Social
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and understanding of industry-specific marketing needs
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies
