Company Overview: We are a luxury goods company seeking a dynamic Safe and Inventory Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our inventory, preparing customer shipments, open inbound parcels and engaging with clients to facilitate stock movement across various locations. Proficiency in English is a prerequisite. We prioritize candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with a proficient command of the Microsoft Office suite.



Key Responsibilities:


Utilize Excel data sheets to meticulously track and manage inventory.

Foster effective communication with clients to monitor outstanding stock.

Coordinate the strategic reallocation of stock among different warehouses.

Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records.

Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly.

Work with loose diamonds stored in secure safes.

Deliver exceptional customer service to our esteemed clients.


Qualifications:


Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on Outlook and Excel.

Prior experience in the diamond/jewelry business is advantageous.

Proven track record in customer service and coordination is a prerequisite.
