HirePlace is hiring a contract HR Benefit Coordinators in the Jacksonville, FL - Southside area. The Benefit Coordinator will work contract for our client, a major sales and marketing organization in the area, contract roughly 40 hours weekly. As an HR Benefit Coordinator, the hire should be onsite 3 days every week and work remotely every Monday and Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, and HR benefit advising
- Assist in process improvement recommendation, implementation of benefits, and LOA workflow processes.
- Implement new benefits and facilitating workflow process
Inform associates on:
- Company benefits
- Leave policies processes compliance
- Resolve complex benefit related issues
- LOA (preferred)
Preferred Technical Experience:
- Experience in GAP analysis
- Experience working in business process analysis, familiarity with functional specs, and requirement gathering.
- Assist in potential full-life cycle implementations
- Able to work in a large enterprise, complex work environment using HR Benefits programs such as Oracle.
- Any experience working with UAT, data conversion, and migration, benefit plan administration and data compilation and reporting.
