HirePlace is hiring a contract HR Benefit Coordinators in the Jacksonville, FL - Southside area. The Benefit Coordinator will work contract for our client, a major sales and marketing organization in the area, contract roughly 40 hours weekly. As an HR Benefit Coordinator, the hire should be onsite 3 days every week and work remotely every Monday and Friday.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, and HR benefit advising
  • Assist in process improvement recommendation, implementation of benefits, and LOA workflow processes.
  • Implement new benefits and facilitating workflow process


Inform associates on:


  • Company benefits
  • Leave policies processes compliance
  • Resolve complex benefit related issues
  • LOA (preferred)


Preferred Technical Experience:


  • Experience in GAP analysis
  • Experience working in business process analysis, familiarity with functional specs, and requirement gathering.
  • Assist in potential full-life cycle implementations
  • Able to work in a large enterprise, complex work environment using HR Benefits programs such as Oracle.
  • Any experience working with UAT, data conversion, and migration, benefit plan administration and data compilation and reporting.
