Immunotherapy is a form of exposure therapy that slowly exposes the immune system to allergens and thereby reduces allergic reactions. It’s the only treatment that tackles the root cause of allergies and promises patients to become allergy-free. Historically, allergy immunotherapy has been administered in the form of allergy shots, a treatment that is painful, expensive and time consuming as it requires constant trips to a doctor’s office. Allergy drops on the other hand can be taken at home and offer the same benefits. They are the preferred treatment for allergies in Europe and are only now becoming more common in America.

We’re a small team of entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals excited about the prospect of helping people get rid of their allergies once and for all, and we have big plans. 


Role Overview


As our Head of Content, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategy and execution around: email campaigns, SEO, blog posts, copywriting, creative production, social media, PR and more. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can be hands-on to experiment and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. This position will work closely with the leadership team and our CEO and will play a key role in our growth. This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate can commute to our Union Square office 2-3 times a week.


Responsibilities


  • Lead email marketing including newsletters and drip campaigns. Craft conversion-focused email campaigns.
  • Improve the quality of our messaging across all channels by creating various forms of content.
  • Execute on our SEO strategy including various on-page optimizations and off-page content.
  • Drive our creative production process to create high-performing ads based on performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the overarching growth marketing strategy by recommending and implementing ideas and tactics.



Who We Are Looking For


The ideal candidate has mastered the art and science of content that drives conversion in a B2C environment, can create engaging content that is effective and persuasive. You are confident in your ability to craft compelling messages regardless of the medium. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has spent a minimum of 4-5 years spearheading email and content marketing in a B2C or specifically DTC setting. You are extremely data-driven and have a track record of not only noticing patterns in marketing metrics, but also deriving insights that influence your approach to content marketing.


A self-starter who can think strategically and execute on ideas quickly is likely to thrive in this high-impact position within a growing startup.


Requirements


  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, with a focus on content marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Can commute to our Union Square location 2-3 times per week
  • Exceptional understanding of performance marketing concepts and strategies
  • Healthcare/Telehealth marketing experience is a plus
