What You’ll Do:

As our Office Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling: Book inbound patient leads for consultations and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment, answering patient inquiries and delivering an overall positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient files, process payments, and ensure data is stored accurately and securely.
  • Office Management: Handle opening/closing duties, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Patient Care: Write and send cards or gifts to patients for special occasions, reinforcing our commitment to their healing journey.

  • Quick learner: While medical experience is a plus, we are happy to train you on our systems and processes.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using computer software and managing sensitive information accurately and securely.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior office experience (medical or administrative) is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
