Training and Certification Program Manager

As the Training and Certification Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training and certification programs to drive adoption of TALON products and services. You will assist the SVP of Operations and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and ensure successful certification initiatives for both customers and channel partners. You will help provide customers, channel partners, end-users, and internal staff with education in relevant healthcare compliance regulations (TiC, NSA, etc.), support implementation and product know-how to derive the most value possible from TALON's solutions and provide the necessary tools and tactics to drive engagement. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality and relevant training and certification content and materials using a variety of media and communication tactics, including but not limited to, self-guided tutorials, interactive e-learning, webinars, videos, and train-the-trainer programs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of TALON’s product solutions, technologies, processes, and teams, acting as a product content expert
  • Maintain training curricula and materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant to new product features and developments
  • Plan and implement customer training and certification program events and webinars
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enable internal trainers, channel partners, and resellers to deliver consistent and effective training
  • Drive end-user product adoption through various training tactics, coaching, and real-time problem-solving
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineer teams to identify skill gaps and build a highly efficient training experience for both customer and channel partners, ensuring they have the product knowledge and skills to effectively promote and support our software solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness based on user feedback, industry trends and best practices, respond efficiently to make improvements to content and optimizations to program structures to ensure customer satisfaction and success


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in designing and managing learning and development/training and development programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, and/or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of content development specifically related to the development of training materials and graduated curricula
  • Experience leading large group trainings and/or educational experience
  • Proficient in using authoring tools, learning management systems, multimedia software and tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, and other video-editing software 
  • Experience with content development methods (i.e. ADDIE model) and development tools  
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities and tactics
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple workflows and drive projects forward on time with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions
  • High level of professionalism and approachability
  • Experience in channel partner enablement and/or customer support positions is a plus
  • Experience with Adult Learning Theory a plus
