Here are a few things you will be leading:

  • As the GM, you will coordinate and oversee the company's operations through effective collaboration with Department Managers.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing construction projects from inception to completion, formulating policies, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company.
  • A critical part of your role will be analyzing financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to gauge productivity, achieve goals, and identify cost reduction and program enhancement opportunities.
  • You will directly supervise the Administrative Department to guarantee outstanding service to our clients and work closely with the Finance Department to manage budgets, optimize investments, and enhance efficiency. You will also be able to set departmental policies, objectives, and procedures in collaboration with staff members.
  • Your duties extend to personnel management, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees in partnership with the Human Resources Department.
  • You'll lead initiatives to refine processes across departments, develop marketing strategies alongside the Office and Marketing Managers, and address operational delays or issues by engaging directly with relevant personnel to implement corrective measures.
