Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to streamline project operations and achieve company goals.
  • Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for cost reduction or program improvement.
  • Directly oversee the Administrative Department to ensure excellent client service.
  • Coordinate financial and budget activities with the Finance Department to optimize operations and investments.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures in collaboration with staff members.
  • In conjunction with the Human Resources Department, perform personnel functions, including selection, training, and evaluation.
  • Oversee the development of marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions, with the Office Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Provide recommendations to the Owner and make staffing decisions to maintain company standards and operations.
  • Uphold company standards, ethics, employee morale, and values, taking necessary actions to address deficiencies.

  • Proven expertise in P&L management.
