Day-to-Day


Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk tech for one of their simulation software engineering companies. This person will be sitting onsite in the Lebanon location. 60% of their day will be doing ticketing and 40% of their day will be upkeep of end users and support.


Responsibilities will include –

  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to the end user either physically or through remote support tools
  • Manage, create, respond to, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests adhering to pre-defined processes and SLA
  • End User Support
  • Adhere to documented Asset Management procedures and maintain accurate records in the CMDB
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office tools including O365 and MS Teams
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of basic issues related to (but not limited to) virtual machines, networks / network protocols, and Windows File Shares
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees (remote and in-person)



Compensation: $18.00-24.00/HR
