Daily Responsibilities:

Insight Global is looking for a Project Admin/ Coordinator for an extended contract opportunity located in the Lexington, KY area. This person will report to one of the corporate headquarters on a hybrid schedule. This role will require someone who is detail oriented and very organized, as they will be working heavily in Microsoft Office products. Primary responsibilities will include working in the database (Cascade) to close work orders, organize drawings that have been drafted, create calendar invites, coordinate drawings, plotting, verifying documents, sending out monthly reports, and monitor building materials. It can be expected that this individual will be comfortable communicating with multiple different facets of staff as they will be working directly with a variety of engineers and technicians out in the field. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work self-sufficiently.
