Corporate Real Estate Associate

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a boutique corporate real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a deep understanding of corporate, real estate, and nonprofit law. This role also involves supporting a health care group with transaction-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting operating agreements and corporate formation documents.
- Representing buyers or sellers in commercial real estate transactions.
- Securing tax-exempt status for nonprofit organizations.
- Negotiating complex contracts.
- Handling commercial lending transactions.
- Managing acquisitions, mergers, and other business combinations.
- Collaborating with the health care industry and large nonprofit organizations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with a focus on corporate and real estate matters.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills and experience with direct client interaction.
- Academic credentials will be considered along with other indicators of ability, motivation, and initiative.
- Availability to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
- Admission to practice in Minnesota
