Product Merchandiser

We are seeking a Product Merchandiser to lead the Footwear Portfolio for men’s, women’s, and kids. This role involves managing the product creation process, ensuring profitability, and delivering innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across lifestyle and performance product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team through the product creation process, focusing on consumer needs and profitability.
- Manage lifestyle and performance product lines, ensuring alignment and a comprehensive portfolio.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, development, and marketplace planning from line planning to final product approval.
- Conduct product, consumer, and marketplace research; manage workflow and tools.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years in product-related roles, with a proven track record in footwear merchandising.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive vision across functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Passion for skateboarding and sneaker culture.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20%.
