The Senior Project Manager is a critical role that will be instrumental in delivering the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) vision and roadmap. This individual is responsible for the end-to-end project management of the FS&T Financial Transformation implementation. This role will develop, manage, and drive the execution of project work plans; lead resource planning and manage throughout the project lifecycle; manage project scope; assist with project financial management, own and drive project changes, risks, actions, issues, decisions (CRAID); weekly status reporting; manage integration of intra/inter-dependencies across projects and integrated work plan milestones. This role will partner with senior stakeholders within the FS&T organization as well as across the broader MedTech and Corporate Finance and Technology organizations to drive execution. A proactive, results oriented leader with deep Project Management skills and SAP experience.


Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent is required.

Post-graduate degree preferred.

Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations
  • 5+ years of Finance experience is preferred (Finance processes and/or technology)
  • Demonstrated experience driving and delivering projects of various sizes & durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude - proven experience with SAP ERP system implementations, including implementation approaches, timelines, and activities is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required.
  • Solid understanding of project support tools like Jira, Planview, MS Office
  • Healthcare / Pharma Industry experience is preferred
