The Paid Media Intern will have the opportunity to learn about Digital Advertising and to work with the Social Media and User Acquisition teams on a wide range of projects.


Role Snapshot:

  • Assist in managing ad campaign communications and reviews with external agencies
  • Monitor ad platform accounts and handle disapproval appeals on a regular schedule
  • Support video uploads to private playlists for ad campaigns
  • Prepare campaign assets, including creative materials and links, for new campaigns
  • Build, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Update campaign performance reports using Tableau and other reporting tools
  • Manage creative requests and timelines, coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Create and submit project briefs for ad and landing page creatives
  • Maintain a calendar for creative requests, ensuring timely submissions
  • Organize and update the repository of active creatives and test materials
  • Track campaign invoices and update documentation for spend and billing references
  • Assist with SEO tasks, including optimizations and support ticket updates
  • Update and manage various project timelines and team resources, including prize calendars and contest preparation tasks


Required Skills/Experience:

  • College student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Familiarity with the social media platforms listed above + how brands use them
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups), Word & PowerPoint
  • Experience using Canva, Figma, and design platforms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Role is hybrid w 1-2x/week in our Jericho office
