Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations

strategy.

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and transactions of the business including

creating financial statements.

• Coordinate with outside service providers for tax preparation.

• Ensure compliance with regulators

• Handle the onboarding and compliance interaction with new and existing clients.

• Prepare and maintain trading performance reports and coordinate with outside

accountants.

• Complete timely daily back-office trading reconciliation with broker statements.

• Participate in various aspects of research and trading analysis.

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.

• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term

objectives developed in tandem with CEO.

• Monitor trading performance with tracking software and determine corrective

measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and analysis.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and

stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters of Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Experience in the financial services/hedge fund space
  • Operational and Accounting background
  • Entrepreneurial can-do spirit
