We are looking for a Product Analyst who will utilize healthcare domain knowledge and health IT application experience to help execute the PriZiM product direction- from deeply understanding customer’s clinical and strategic problems, to envisioning and defining usable solutions that will help guide performance improvement and quality of care for our customers. To thrive in this role, you must have a passion for technology, ability to synthesize ideas from various stakeholders for product improvement, and a willingness to operate within the framework, structure and processes utilized by the product and engineering teams.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with leadership and other senior stakeholders on i2i product vison / direction, translating into actionable requirements for Director of Product to bring to the development team.
  • Assist in communicating product-specific roadmaps that align to product owner’s mid and long-term vision for the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Director of Product on backlog management & iteration planning while balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with Voice of the Client team (VOC) to understand the customer processes and needs to translate into product requirements and help customers get the greatest value from i2i solutions.
  • Monitor efficacy of product and implement customer and business partner feedback to ensure product is meeting customer needs across each segmentation, adjusting product over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Work closely with other product owners (both within and across portfolios) to ensure integration requirements are identified and successfully implemented.
  • Assist in leading internal company communications for all product-related information.


Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product management or product support/ owner role.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the healthcare IT industry or practical clinical or operation experience in healthcare organizations. (quality, care management, care coordination, analytics, etc.)
  • Technically minded, yet creatively aware. You must be willing and able to quickly absorb complex business and/or clinical logic, impacted heavily by externally governed industry regulations, quality measure updates, & ever-changing partners' business rules.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage projects and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Thrive on doing focused work to solve problems, while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • An expert communicator, who can translate complex requirements into simple directions, while frequently communicating status to each team in an equally concise and precise manner.
  • Although not required, any knowledge and/or direct experience with clinical/claims data, applications such as EHR/EMR, or care/case management is a plus.
