Technical Support - Palm Beach County, FL


We are seeking Technical Project Support in Palm Beach County, FL. Base pay of $18/hour and overtime available as well


Project Summary:

  • Candidates will be required to prepare, deploy and support check in to include desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers and network devices.
  • Candidates will be assigned to locations as a technical lead, and will be assigned to support the region on Election Day consisting of 12 or more polling places.
  • Candidates will be required to drive their vehicles when necessary based on assignments within Palm Beach County, FL.


Project Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Must have the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently


Technical Requirements:

  • IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience with hands on experience required
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Must have basic understanding of LAN and WiFi technologies
  • Must have basic understanding of laser printing technologies
  • Must be Customer Support friendly
  • Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues and provide step by step solutions


Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift 35 LB Election equipment throughout the day
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work long hours
  • Able to work consecutively for 21 days without a day off


Dress Code: Business Casual (Khakis/slacks & button down/polo shirt). No T-shirts, jeans, or sneakers.
